ATTACHMENT G: PAPER FEDERAL STAFFORD LOAN SCHOOL CERTIFICATION FORM The Federal Stafford Loans School Certification form, available on our Information for Financial Aid Professionals (IFAP) website (http://www.ifap.gov), has been developed for use with the MPN by those schools that rely on a paper process to transmit school certification information. Schools that certify electronically do not need to use this form; however, certification records sent electronically must, at a minimum, include the data items contained on the certification form. Match to MPN When a school submits a paper certification form, the lender will perform the same functions described in Attachment A with regard to matching the certification with the MPN. |
