Summary: Memorial Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours

Our Federal offices as well as our Title IV processors and call centers will be closed on Monday, May 30, 2005 to observe the Memorial Day Federal Holiday.

The Common Origination and Disbursement (COD) System will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgments on May 30, 2005 but schools will not be able to receive any Federal funds on that day.

The CPS system will be accepting data on Monday, May 30, 2005, but will not compute new ISIRs until Tuesday, May 31, 2005.

All FSA web sites will remain operational over the holidays.
