SUBJECT: Thanksgiving Day Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service Hours
Our Federal offices, as
well as our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Thursday,
November 25, 2004 for the Thanksgiving Day Federal Holiday. Some call centers
will also be closed the day after Thanksgiving, November 26, 2004. A status
of each major center is in the table below.
The COD School Relations
Center will close at 3:00 P.M. (ET) on Wednesday, November 24, 2004. The COD
System will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgements
on November 24th. Requests for changes in funding levels and for funds will
be processed on that day.

Center will be closed on Thursday, November 25, 2004, Thanksgiving Day. The
COD System will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgements
on November 25th. However, requests for changes in funding levels and for funds
will not be processed until Friday, November 26, 2004.
All FSA Websites will remain
operational over the holiday.
