SUBJECT: Christmas and New Year's Federal Holiday Processing and Customer Service
Hours
Our Federal offices, as
well as our Title IV processors and call centers, will be closed on Friday,
December 24, 2004 to observe the Christmas Federal Holiday and on December 31,
2004 to observe the New Year's Federal Holiday. Additionally, all call centers
will be closed on Christmas Day December 25, 2004 and New Year's Day, January
1, 2005.
The COD School Relations
Center will be closed on Friday, December 24, 2004, Christmas Eve. The COD System
will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgements
on December 24th, and throughout the Christmas weekend. However, requests for
changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Monday,
December 27, 2004.
Additionally, the COD School
Relations Center will be closed on Friday, December 31, 2004, New Year's Eve.
The COD System will accept and process data from schools and send back responses/acknowledgements
on December 31st and throughout the New Year's weekend. However, requests for
changes in funding levels and for funds will not be processed until Monday,
January 3, 2005.
All FSA Websites will remain
operational over the holiday.
