Learner
Name Doesn't Exist
If you've created
a Learner ID and Password and you aren't able to login again,
try closing your browser. This clears the browser's memory so
that it can try again.
If clearing your
browser's memory does not help, try following the "Invalid
File Version in Internet Explorer" instructions listed
below.

to External Sites Won't Open
If
you click on links in the training and the sites do not open,
you may be running a pop-up blocker on your system. If so,
you should disable the pop-up blocker while using the training.
Web
Player Downloads but Course Doesn't Run Properly
If
you receive the following errors ("error downloading
content file" then "attempt to violate security
mode BUDAPI.X32 and SECURE.X32" ) you may be have a firewall
on your system that is blocking important files. It is strongly
suggested you designate this homepage as a trusted site in
order to load the necessary files. To accomplish this, press
and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard while simultaneously
clicking the Traditional WBT link. Do not release the Ctrl
key until you see the Authorware Web Player Security
(or a similar title) dialog box. Click the OK button to add
the EDExpress training site to your trusted site list. You
will only need to perform this procedure once.
