Campus-Based System

Campus-Based Systems, or CBS, support campus-based activities such as the collection and editing of data, the allocation and distribution of funds, and the updating and maintenance of school-related data. This system allows ED to monitor and assist the postsecondary schools participating in these programs to ensure that the funds are used as they are intended under the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended.
