Title IV

Title IV of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended, established the following aid programs: Academic Achievement Incentive Scholarship Program, Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarships, Federal family Education Loan Program (FFELP), William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program, Federal Pell Grant Program, Federal Perkins Loan Program, Federal supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant (SEOG) Program, Federal Work Study (FWS) Program, Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduates Program (GEAR UP) grants and Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (LEAP) Program grants and special Leveraging Educational Assistance Partnership (SLEAP) Program grants.
