The Office of Federal Student
Aid's Training and Information Services Division (TISD) is proud to
offer you seven courses introducing the functions of
EDExpress.
Learner ID and Password
The
course will ask you for a Learner ID and Password. This login
information is for your personal use. The course will track your
progress and bookmark the last page you visited when you exited. The
next time you enter the course, you will be able to continue from
the page bookmarked. When you create your Learner ID and Password,
be aware that this is not a secure site, so you should NOT use an ID
and Password that you use on other secure systems. This version is
not compatible with screen reader software.
Text Only Version
Federal Student Aid is also
proud to offer a
text only version of the EDExpress Basics Web-based training
with interactive software exercises. The text only version is
compatible with screen reader software.
Pop-up Blockers and Web Browser
Security
If you
have a pop-up blocker running on your system, you should disable it
while using the training. Some features of the training will not
function properly with a pop-up blocker running. Also, it is
strongly suggested you designate this homepage as a trusted site in
order to load the necessary files. To accomplish this in most
Windows platforms, press and hold the Ctrl key on your keyboard
while simultaneously clicking the Traditional WBT link. Do not
release the Ctrl key until you see the Authorware Web Player
Security (or a similar title) dialog box. Click OK to add the
EDExpress training site to your trusted site list. You will only
need to perform this procedure once. Windows Vista users can receive
help here.
