Getting Started with the QA Program (2013-14)
Customer Satisfaction Survey for QA Program Schools - Coming Soon!
All schools participating in the QA Program will need to complete the survey.
Revised Verification Requirements
Question: Must schools that participate in the Department’s Quality Assurance (QA) Program adhere to the revised verification requirements for “acceptable documentation” as it relates to verification of income, taxes, and untaxed income?
Biennial Analysis Cycle
Schools participating in the QA Program follow a two year analysis cycle. In award years that start with an even number (e.g., 2012-13, 2014-15), schools analyze changes to ISIR information among records that met their school verification criteria. During award years that begin with an odd number (e.g., 2013-14, 20115-16), schools continue to verify all the records that meet their school selection criteria, but focus their analysis on changes to ISIR information stemming from their verification of a random sample of all aid applicants.
Below is the training we held In January related to sampling for 2013-2014.
