(a) A SPRE shall notify a nationally recognized accrediting agency when it plans to conduct a review of an institution accredited or preaccredited by that agency; and (b) After conducting a review of the institution, the SPRE shall notify the accrediting agency of its findings and the actions the SPRE takes, or plans to take, as a result of those findings.
